Frequently asked questions

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to Denmark, selected European countries, the United Kingdom, the United States and selected international destinations. Checkout confirms whether your address is supported.

How much is shipping?

In Denmark, standard shipping is 29 DKK on orders below 150 DKK and free from 150 DKK. Standard shipping to supported European countries is 59 DKK and becomes free from an order value of 800 DKK. UK shipping is 89 DKK. US shipping is 99 DKK. Other selected international destinations are 129 DKK.

How long does delivery take?

Orders normally require around 1–5 business days for processing. Estimated total delivery is generally 8–20 business days to Denmark and much of Europe/UK, around 10–25 business days to the United States, and around 12–30 business days to other supported international destinations. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Does free shipping apply to the UK or USA?

No. The free-shipping thresholds apply only to Denmark and the supported European zone. UK, US and other international orders use their stated shipping rates.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. Shopify sends an order confirmation after checkout using the contact information provided with the order.

How do I track my order?

When your fulfilment partner provides a tracking number and it is synced to Shopify, the tracking link can appear on your order status page and in shipping notifications.

Can one order arrive in multiple packages?

Yes. Some items can be fulfilled separately, so one order may arrive in more than one parcel.

How do returns work?
