Shipping destinations

PureForm Beauty currently ships to Denmark, selected European countries, the United Kingdom, the United States and selected international destinations. Available options are confirmed at checkout.

Shipping rates

Denmark: 29 DKK standard shipping on orders below 150 DKK. Free standard shipping from 150 DKK.
Europe: 59 DKK standard shipping. Free standard shipping when the order value reaches 800 DKK.
United Kingdom: 89 DKK standard shipping.
United States: 99 DKK standard shipping.
Selected international destinations: 129 DKK standard shipping.

Free-shipping thresholds do not apply to the United Kingdom, United States or other international destinations. If your store displays another currency, Shopify may show the converted equivalent at checkout.

Estimated processing and delivery

Most orders require approximately 1–5 business days for processing before dispatch. Delivery time starts after dispatch and depends on destination, warehouse availability and the shipping line available for the product.

Denmark: typically around 8–20 business days total.
Europe: typically around 8–20 business days total, with some destinations taking up to around 3 weeks.
United Kingdom: typically around 8–20 business days total.
United States: typically around 10–25 business days total.
Other international destinations: typically around 12–30 business days total.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Products containing electronics or batteries can sometimes require a different shipping line and may take longer. Customs, peak periods, weather and carrier delays can also affect delivery.

Multiple packages

Items from one order may occasionally be fulfilled separately and arrive in more than one package. You will not be charged an additional PureForm shipping fee solely because an order is split by our fulfilment process.

Order confirmation and tracking

After checkout, Shopify sends an order confirmation to the contact information provided with the order. Once tracking information has been synced to Shopify, the order status page and shipping notifications can display the tracking details.

Address changes

Please check your address carefully before completing checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfilment has started.

Lost, damaged or incorrect orders

If an order does not arrive, arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, contact supportpureformbeauty@gmail.com or use our Contact page and include your order number.
